Changed your mind? No problem! We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt of your order.
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
1. Return Process
To initiate a return, contact us at arpheros.art@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
We will provide you with return instructions and a return address.
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 3 days, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
4. Shipping Costs
You cover the return shipping cost unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for a replacement or refund.
