We ship with care — and a little patience!

This store is run alongside a full-time job, and the local post office isn’t just around the corner — so please allow up to 1–7 working days for us to process and dispatch your order.

📦 Shipping Details

• Carrier: We ship all orders via Poșta Română (Romanian National Post) and the transport fee is covered by us.
• Tracking: Every order includes a tracking number, which will be emailed to you once your parcel has been shipped.
• Processing time: Orders are shipped within 1–7 working days after payment is received.

⏱️ Estimated Delivery Times (after shipping)

• Romania: 2–4 working days
• European Union: 5–14 working days
• USA & International: 7–21 working days
  (Delivery times may vary depending on your country’s postal system and customs processing.)

🌍 International Shipping & Limitations

We do our best to ensure that your order arrives safely. However, once the parcel leaves Romania and enters the international postal network:

• We are not liable for any delays, losses, or mishandling that occur outside of Romania.
• That said, we’re always here to help! We’ll gladly:
  • Contact Poșta Română on your behalf,
  • Assist in reaching out to the foreign postal service or
  • Provide documents needed to open a postal inquiry.

📮 Customer Responsibility Upon Arrival

Once the package reaches your country and is marked as:

• Delivered,
• Held for pickup, or
• Held by customs,

it becomes your responsibility to track, claim, or follow up with your local postal service.

📌 Please:

• Monitor your tracking number regularly,
• Respond to local delivery notices or customs alerts promptly,
• Collect your parcel within the timeframe set by your postal authority.

We cannot issue refunds or resend items for unclaimed or rejected parcels returned to us due to non-collection or inaction.

🌐 Customs & Import Taxes

Your country may charge import duties, VAT, or customs handling fees. These are not included in the product price and are the buyer’s responsibility.

We always fill out customs forms correctly to help avoid issues, but we have no control over border processing times or fees.
