By placing an order on our website, you're agreeing to the terms below. Please read them carefully — they're here to make sure we all have a smooth experience!
1. About Us
We’re a small business, run exclusively by an artist passionate about art and the esoteric, alongside a full-time job. We are not registered for VAT under art. 310 of the Romanian fiscal code, which means all prices are final and VAT-free.
2. Products & Orders
All our products are listed with care. If something’s out of stock or delayed, we’ll let you know as soon as possible. Once you place an order, you'll get a confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel or delay an order in rare cases (e.g., if there's an error or stock issue or due to shipping restrictions with our transport providers).
3. Prices
Prices listed are final. For customers outside the EU, local taxes or customs duties may still apply upon delivery (see Delivery Info).
4. Payment
We accept secure payments through Stripe. Orders will only be processed after payment is completed.
6. Shipping
We offer international shipping, and delivery times may vary by destination.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or other factors beyond our control.
7. Returns and Refunds
Please refer to our Return Policy for detailed information on returns and refunds.
As a general rule, returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.
8. Liability
We are not liable for any indirect losses related to delays, customs issues, or shipping mishandling beyond our control.
9. Copyright and Intellectual Property
All of our products, including but not limited to tarot decks, artwork, prints, logos, and design elements, are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
All rights are reserved to us, the creators and owners of the products.
You do not have the right to duplicate, copy, distribute, or create derivative works based on our products or designs, in any format, without our prior written consent.

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania and the European Union.
